We are a community of people who are in process. We have imperfect messy lives, but we are pursuing and experiencing a transforming relationship with Jesus and with each other. Everybody is welcome here, whatever your story, your questions, doubts or struggles. We’re about doing life together in community, being intentional about our growth as people and serving one another and our wider community along the way.
More Than Just A Sunday Service
Every Sunday morning we have a lively arrangement of groups for babies, pre-school children and primary school children.
Every Sunday morning we have two groups for younger and older teenagers, along with a Sunday evening get-together.
Once a month on Sunday evening we meet for a time of peace, a time of worship, a time of prayer and a time to meet with God.
Through the week a number of small groups meet in people’s homes for community, prayer and Bible study.

You don’t have to dress up. You don’t have to be any particular type of person. City Gates is a place where God meets people who are far from perfect.

A community of Faith, Hope, and Love.
We strive to be a community where we learn to love God with all we have and where we love our neighbour as ourselves. It is where we learn to care and share, to challenge and support, to confide and confess, to forgive and be forgiven, to laugh and weep, to be accountable to each other, to watch over each other, to be servants together.
It is the place of transformation.
